My name is Quang, and I am the only son in my family. I am a 4th – year law student, and I am currently studying in Ho Chi Minh City. My little family has four people, and we live in Vinh Long province. The house is always filled with my dad’s laughter, my mother’s warm voice and my sister’s playfulness.
My father is a retired police officer, and he is working as a defense education teacher in our local high school. Perhaps he had to due with years of hard training in the military; my father is finally comfortable to show his humor in the teaching environment. In the first look, he is a tough man; but actually he is very emotional and funny. Dad is a solid pillar and a great spiritual supporter for the whole family.
Un him, my mother is a gentle but strict woman. many other women, my mother always takes care and sacrifices the best things for us. She is both our close friends and tutor in study and some private problems.
My sister is going to be a high school student soon. She is doing very well at school, and she is always rewarded by the school. She starts to look a mature girl, un the little monkey that always sks to me the previous years.
This summer I cannot go home to visit my family and play with my sister because I am about to graduate. I miss them a lot, and I hope that all will be over soon so I can return home and work near my beloved family.

Nhìn bề ngoài, bố là người cứng rắn nhưng bên trọng lại sống rất tình cảm và vui vẻ. Bố là trụ cột vững chắc và là điểm tựa tinh thần lớn lao cho cả gia đình.
Khác với bố, mẹ tôi là người phụ nữ dịu dàng nhưng có phần nghiêm khắc. Như rất nhiều người phụ nữ khác, mẹ tôi luôn quan tâm và hi sinh những điều tốt nhất cho anh em tôi. Với chúng tôi, mẹ vừa là người bạn thân vừa là người dẫn dắt trong học tập và cả những chuyện riêng tư.
Em gái tôi chuẩn bị vào cấp 3. Cô bé học rất giỏi và luôn được nhà trường khen thưởng. Nó đã bắt đầu ra dáng một thiếu nữ chứ không còn như một con khỉ nhỏ luôn bám lấy tôi như những năm trước.
Hè năm nay tôi không về nhà để thăm gia đình và chơi với em gái được vì tôi chuẩn bị tốt nghiệp .Tôi rất nhớ nhà và mong tất cả sẽ sớm kết thúc để tôi có thể trở về quê và làm việc ở gần gia đình thân yêu của tôi.

My family is a small one with only three members: my mother, my brother, and I. My mother is a great woman who has always taken very good care of my brother and me.Unfortunately, she is currently unemployed, but we feel secure with her at home when we are. Every morning she fixes breakfast for us, and then my brother, who is in tenth grade, either walks or rides the bus to Overfelt High School. On the other hand, I work at Micro Lamba Wireless Company, but when I am not working I study English at San Jose College. Not only do my brother and I differ in age and occupation, but we are un in personality. While I am shy and quiet, my brother is very amusing because he is always telling jokes or saying something funny. I love and proud of my family.
My little family is always filled with my father's laughter, warm mother's voice and his brother's hyperactivity. My father is a soldier fighting in the field, still working in the military. Perhaps because of the years of struggle and training, my father became more radical and stern but also very funny, witty. On the surface, the father is tough but the key is very emotional. Dad is a solid pillar in the family. Dad is not only a spiritual supporter for me but also my sister. My school's name is…………... It is not far from our house. I go to my school every day on foot. Our Principal's name is…………... Our class-teacher is……………. There is a small playground in our school-compound. During the tiffin hour, we play there. We play volley-ball and badminton. There are two swings on the side, We swing there merrily. We have a good library on the ground floor of the school-building. Our librarian is…………... She helps us in selecting good books. We take books on loan to read. The students of our school are gentle and disciplined. There is not much noise in our school. Our Principal is very strict. But he is also kind to all. I am happy as a student of my school. There are many sports, which are good for our health and popular over the world. Soccer is one of my favorite sports. It is played by two teams consisting of 11 people each team. The general rule is that the ball is kicked by leg and the players get score when having the ball in their goal post. Football is known as “king” among other sports. First, it improves integrity when applying several techniques to create strong power. Second, it not only reduces stress and bad cholesterol of body but also relaxes out spirit after a hard working day. My brother usually plays football every afternoon after work as he is in a local sport club. Moreover, football is not simply one kind of sport, it is an art because of the popularity. Since there is an increasing number of football team over the world such as: Manchester United, Barcelona, Arsenal with professional players. Although I am not able to play well, I love watching football matches as they are interesting and we can also learn from their technique. Furthermore, football is public concern as well as heated debate. Football is now popular through women, who are thought not able to play this kind of sport.

My favourite sport is football, It has been my favourite sport almost for 5 years. Nowadays, most of people in the world football so it is called the king of sports. Why do people it, I think the most reason is it easy to play, you can play football every where if you just have a ball with the right size. Not only men play football but also women can play, many big and famous football clubs have large stadiums with alot of fans all over the world. People say: Family where life begins and love never ends. There is only love from bottom of the heart that could realize the meaning of that saying. My family is made up of 3 people: my mother, my younger brother and I. My parents have divorced for 10 years. Since the pain that my mother had to suffer is too big so she doesn’t get marriage again and she has tried all her best to take care of us. My mother’s main job is a pilot at Vietname Airlines. Her flights could be last for a few days or even a week. Sometimes we only meet her at the weekend. But my mother did hire an old house maid who is very careful and nice to take care of me and my brother while she is busy at work. We always look forward to receiving mother’s gifts after a flight. Left all the mess behind, my mother becomes a strong woman that she even couldn’t imagine before. About my younger brother, he is the most mischievous person that I have ever known. Last semester, my brother’s teacher came to see my mother three times a week to complain about the things that he had done. However, he is very good at swimming. In addition, he is one of ten excellent students in school. That’s why my mother always tolerant of his bad behaviours. In the opposite of my brother, I am quite staid and taciturn. But we are still very close and think about each other as a bestfriend. That makes my mother is so happy. Now, I am no longer stay at home, I moved to Ho Chi Minh 2 months ago to study at university. I miss my mother, my brother and even my house maid so much. No matter how far I am away from home, my family is always in my heart because “family where life begins and love never ends”.

Bỏ lại tất cả những chuyện rắc rối phía sau, mẹ tôi đã trở thành người phụ nữ mạnh mẹ mà bà thậm chí không bao giờ có thể tưởng tượng ra. Về em trai tôi, nó là đứa quậy nhất mà tôi từng biết. Học kỳ trước, giáo viên của em tôi đã phải đến nhà gặp mẹ tôi 3 lần trong một tuần để phàn nàn về những việc mà nó đã làm. Tuy nhiên, em trai tôi rất giỏi bơi lội. Thêm vào đó, nó còn là một trong 10 học sinh xuất sắc nhất trường. Đó là lý do mà mẹ tôi luôn tha thứ những hành vi không tốt của nó. Trái ngược với em trai, tôi khá trầm tính và ít nói. Nhưng chúng tôi vẫn rất thân thiết và xem nhau như bạn thân. Điều đó làm mẹ tôi rất hạnh phúc. Tôi bây giờ không còn ở nhà nữa. Tôi đã chuyển đến Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh để học đại học 2 tháng trước. Dù tôi có đi xa nhà đến đâu thì gia đình vẫn luôn nằm trong trái tim tôi bởi vì “gia đình là nơi cuộc sống bắt đầu và tình yêu không bao giờ hết”.
